Brand new to Matakana, Action Ninja World has moved down from Paihia to the Matakana Country Park. The Paihia Action World won the following Tripadvisor awards ‘2020 Traveler's’ Choose Winner’ and ‘Top 10% of Attractions Worldwide’.

The age of the visitors will mostly range from 5 - early 20’s. The Theme Park includes but is not limited to; a Flying Trapeze (as high as the professionals use), a High Wire at 4 metres, Tarzan Swings, a Jousting Pole (where you try and knock your friends off a padded pole 3 metres above the ground), an 8.5m Climbing Wall without a harness, Jumping Pillow, Bungee Trampolines, and the World's Highest Inflatable Slide.

So, if you've ever fancied yourself as a flying trapeze artist or adrenaline junkie, Action Ninja World is the place for you. We are looking for 6 staff team members, who are energised, organised, and motivated! Who enjoy engaging with people, and are looking for a fun work culture in the outdoors. The right candidate will have a positive can-do attitude while being enthusiastic and compassionate with the visitors. These positions will start just after Christmas, however, training and completion of first aid qualifications will start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities teaching and supervising visitors on the different courses. Be able to lead by example and perform the Action Ninja World courses. Exceed safety standards for visitors, yourself, and team members. Outstanding and enthusiastic communication and customer service with the visitors.

Skills required background in Sports or Gymnastics. Be able to perform and teach the Action Ninja World courses. Super friendly and confident. Outstanding customer service. Excellent communication. Good with children. Organised and focused on the task at hand.
