Marist College Ashgrove is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 5-12, situated in Brisbane's inner Northern suburbs. The College is currently taking expressions of interest for Casual Reception and Administrative work. This is for casual, on-call work at short notice during College terms. It is classified at Level 3 (casual) on the School Officer Classification scale ($38.71 per hour). Daily hours vary between 7:30am – 4.00pm.

Essential Selection criteria applicants must hold a Current Blue Card (Working with Children). Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated excellent problem-solving ability. Capacity to be working on a number of tasks at the same time according to designated priority. Demonstrated strong organisational skills. Experience in using contemporary computer applications (knowledge of the TASS system would be advantageous); and commitment to the Catholic and Marist ethos of the College
