Casual ProShop and Hospitality Worker Barwon Valley Golf Club location South West Coast VIC. $30 – $45 per hour.

Barwon Valley Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual ProShop and Hospitality worker. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with members and guests, and ensuring that they have an outstanding experience both on and off the course.

Primary Duties & responsibilities customer Service & Bookings Manage tee time booking and assist members and guests with inquires, both in person and over the phone.  Proshop & sales oversee daily operation of the ProShop, including sales, stock management, and promoting products and membership.

Driving Range management monitor the Driving Range facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, providing an enjoyable experience for all.  Hospitality assist with food and beverage sales in the Clubhouse, creating a welcoming environment for patrons.

Cash handling handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently. Open/Close procedures perform open and close procedures for the ProShop and Hospitality areas' ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard .

What we need positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment with a strong emphasis on delivering elite level service. Knowledge of golf related products is an advantage. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. Current RSA certificate. Outgoing personality and sense of humour.
