As a Casual AED Service Representative, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our AED program management platform—LIFELINKcentral™—and ensuring our customers have the tools, updates, and service they need to stay mission-ready.

What You’ll Do
Support AED program implementation and maintenance, ensuring configurations meet customer specifications.
Set up and monitor accounts across virtual platforms, handling updates, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Act as a trusted point of contact for customers—providing timely communication and clarity on any changes, updates, or service needs.
Coordinate with distributors on customer requests for AED accessories and consumables.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and service outcomes based on customer needs and platform insights.
Work within a structured framework while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.
What You’ll Bring
A strong foundation in troubleshooting and using digital platforms (experience with LIFELINKcentral™ is a plus, but not required).
Confidence navigating structured procedures while being adaptable when the unexpected comes up.
