Join Healesville Sanctuary Catering team. Multiple Casual positions available. Salary $33.90 per hour plus loading for weekend shifts. Availability to work across a 7 day week.

This role is based at Healesville Sanctuary in the heart of the Yarra Valley. The Catering Customer Service Attendants are the face of the Catering team and be responsible for all front of house services. We are seeking Customer Service superstars that enjoy working in a fast paced team environment.

The ideal candidate will have the following food Handling Certificate (highly desirable). Proven experience in a similar role within the Hospitality/Tourism industry. Experience providing food and beverage counter service and basic food preparation. Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural ability for great customer service. Maintain a high level of OH&S standards at all times.

Keep FOH areas clear and presentable. Answer customer queries with professionalism. Experience with POS systems and cash handling. Responsible serving of alcohol certificate RSA (highly desirable). Be available to work weekends, evenings for events, public holidays and school holidays.
