Casual Admin Data Entry Transport Jim Pearson Transport location Brisbane.

Jim Pearson Transport is a privately owned business providing transport services between Brisbane and Sydney along with local deliveries for a national client. We currently have a casual position available for someone to join our small administration team in Larapinta.

About the role you will responsible for assisting our invoicing team sorting paperwork, data entry and generally assisting within the office. Required days are currently Monday & Tuesday with the possibility of additional hours/days after settling into the role.

The initial start time will be 6am - 7am for training, however there may be some flexibility with start and finish times after this period. The position is available for an immediate start.

About you you will have intermediate computer skills, with a working knowledge of spreadsheets and email.  Experience within the transport industry and an understanding of pallet spaces and load plans would be advantageous.

We are a very small team working to weekly deadlines and it is envisaged you would be open to additional work to cover Leave periods and interested in learning other administrative aspects of the business.
