Job Title: Case Worker. Location: Various Locations - Darwin, Jabiru, Alice Springs, Santa Teresa. Employment Type: Full-Time, 38 hours per week. Salary: $85,000 + Superannuation, 17.5% Leave Loading, and Salary Packaging Options.

About the role we are seeking passionate and experienced Case Workers to join our team in delivering vital support services across a variety of programs. These roles focus on promoting family and community wellbeing, mental health, and housing support through assertive case management and targeted interventions.

You will work collaboratively with clients to address challenges, develop case plans, and connect them with essential resources to improve their overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities provide assertive case management, focusing on early intervention and prevention. Support clients with housing, mental health, and social challenges to achieve sustainable outcomes. Facilitate and implement programs that promote the wellbeing of individuals and families. Work closely with other professionals and community services to deliver integrated support. Participate in outreach activities to serve vulnerable populations.

About you relevant qualifications or extensive experience in social work, community services, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Experience in case management, particularly in areas such as mental health, housing, or family support. Cultural competency, especially in working with Indigenous communities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements valid driver’s license and Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card). Satisfactory criminal history check. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
