Case Managers Ministry of Social Development Northland.
We are at the forefront of helping support New Zealand’s COVID-19 response. We have opportunities for a motivated, adaptable, proactive candidates to join our team as Case Managers in our Kamo and Whangarei Service Centres starting early July 2020. Initially the role will focus on providing hardship and new benefit assistance and will move to providing proactive employment and training support initiatives as required further down the track.
About you are pragmatic and enjoy dealing with people from all backgrounds. You remain calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to problems. Your clear communication style, welcoming approach and manāakitanga with our people will enable you to know them, understand how to best support them, and work with them to meet their needs. You treat people with care and show empathy for those in vulnerable positions. You’ll bring a high level of personal integrity and initiative to the role and be comfortable using computer systems.

The salary for this role is from $47,622 to $65,480 per annum. Application along this salary scale is dependent on relevant work experience and evidenced skills.
