Job description manage parking and traffic control in parking areas to prevent indiscriminate parking, assist all customers with courtesy and maintain high discipline when engaging them, perform regular patrol on all carpark, perform traffic control at entrance and exit especially during peak periods, conduct daily check to all entrances and exits after taking over duty and report faulty equipment immediately, Ensure compliance to all safety regulations and company policies and inform the manager for any issues faced,-Evaluate parking to ensure optimal utilization of area and maintain safety of all guests, administer all cash collection for season parking, hourly parking, etc. and maintain knowledge on all prices for services and manage all emergency situations, attend to any carpark system breakdown and fault immediately and prevent disruption to the operation, to assist the manager in ensuring that all repair and rectification work is carried out as required, assist the manager in arranging for reservation of parking lots, assist the manager in preparing complimentary carpark tickets for customer, project profession image by maintaining proper hygiene, good grooming and wear the uniform provided which include the safety shoes, report any fault of the electronic parking system (eps) to the executive/manager immediately, report any loss of money collected for the day to the executive/manager immediately, perform any other duties as instructed by the superior. Job requirements possess at least of 1 year of relevant experience, gce 'n' level and above, willing to commit to shift work, weekends and public holidays.
