Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a dedicated Care Advisor to join our team in our Hurstville and Bankstown where you will coordinate daily care schedules for clients and caregivers across the Sydney Hurstville and Bankstown regions.

The Care Advisor is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination and administration of activities associated with the care of current and potential clients. As the first point of contact for our clients, families and or their representatives the Care Advisor is a brand ambassador ensuring a superior customer service.

About this opportunity

The Care Advisor will be responsible for the initial enquiry experience for potential new clients and other stakeholders’ service requests while development and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultatively sell Dovida services to prospective clients and gain commitment while making recommendations that will best benefit the client.
Coordinate & organise Care Consultations or ensure follow-up steps are actioned
Follow up on all client leads and referrals including answering client or client family members enquiries to assist them to find the most suitable home care option for their needs and circumstances.
Be knowledgeable about a wide range of local resources so that you can inform clients and/or client family members about resources and/or services available to them or seek out tailored resources to meet specific needs.
Development of a nurturing strategy to ensure all active Service Enquiries are followed up on, providing ongoing information to assist the perspective client with choice
Use a consultative sales process to discover client’s additional needs and strengthen the relationship. · Research and identify sources for client referrals.
About you:

Previous experience working with seniors preferably experience in identifying, coordinating and managing care services for Home Care Package clients.
Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline in either nursing, social work or allied health.
Strong engagement, influencing and negotiating skills and effective communicator
Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated problem solving abilities
Highly efficient and organized with proven time management skills
Must possess an Australian valid licence and comprehensive Car insurance.
