As the Care Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care services, managing client records, supporting the care team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that our care services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Answering each incoming call in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
Fielding new client and caregiver enquiries over the phone
Co-ordinating and setting up client details after hand over from the Care Manager
Reviewing and auditing and updating client information as per policy and guidelines
Providing administrative support to the office team
About you

Be personable, motivated, reliable and passionate with a can-do attitude.
Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients and always deliver exceptional customer service.
Be able to learn technologies quickly to interpret and analyse data.
Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
Previous experience in the aged care industry would be desirable.
Desirable to have a qualification in a related field or equivalent combination of work experience in a similar role and/or industry experience.
