About our role we have a fantastic part time opportunity to join our Cardiology Day Unit in the role of Administrator.  In this role your primary responsibility will be to effectively coordinate the patient admission process, ensuring that all associated information is correct and available. Your attention to detail and great communication skills will really make a difference as you coordinate resources with clinicians’ availability and ensure our patients receive a seamless service.

When you join our Cardiology Day Unit team you can expect an amazing On-Boarding and Induction into our Hospital and a specific personal orientation programme.  You will have on-going support so you can quickly learn all about our wonderful Hospital. This is a part-time position of 0.3 FTE working rostered hours, 4 hours per day over 3 days per week likely Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  There is some room to negotiate the hours worked eg to fit in with school hours.
