Recruit First is hiring Call Centre Supervisor (1 year contract). You will be outsourced/deployed to location Tanjong Pagar. Salary Up to $2.7k + allowances + AWS + VB. Duration 1 year (renewable). Working hours 5 days (incld. weekends), 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm.
Responsibilities manage a team of 5-7 pax. Handling escalated complaints. Scheduling of roster. Performance appraisal for staff. Perform ad-hoc call audit. Tracking timesheets. Daily reporting of calls before ending work.
Requirements minimum Diploma/Higher Nitec with at least 1 yr call centre supervisory experience. Managed a team of 5-6 before.
