About the role:

Are you a passionate individual with excellent customer service skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Mitchell team on a full time basis.

Your working week will be busy and diverse, including but not limited to the following:

Answering enquiries related to the products
Build and maintain great relationships with our customers
Ensure customers have the right products for their needs
Work with our sales and claims teams to collect and manage sales
Are always patient and use positive ‘can do’ language with our customers
Are committed to always improving the way we do things
Take inbound calls, providing the best service for our customers.
To excel in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a call centre environment or other customer oriented environments
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
Computer literacy skills required
The ability to work alone and as part of a team
A positive can do attitude!
An ability to manage a diverse range of customers and de-escalate conflict situations
Flexibility to work weekends, nights and public holidays
