Call Centre Operators Quay Appointments location Sydney. Salary $29 per hour.
About the role advising of outcomes on medical assessments to patients in a high call volume environment, provide key advise on safety precautions and referring patients to support services as needed, updating the database to ensure all information is recorded and updated. These positions are ready for immediate starts and are full-time Monday – Friday
About you immediate availability, minimum 1 year experience within a high volume call centre environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong ability to handle large volume of calls and resolve customer issues, ability to work independently but also as a wider team.
Benefits $29.10 per hour + super, short term full-time contract, high volume call centre, large collaborative team.
