Your new role focus on the customers needs, you will be the first point of contact for general banking enquiries. Offering customers product advice and expertise. Handling high volumes of inbound calls. Use multiple systems to resolve everyday enquiries.

Your skills and experience impeccable customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Solid problem solving skills. Well developed written and verbal communication skills. An ambition to build a career in the Banking and Finance sector. Strong work ehtic and desire to work in a fastpaced team driven environment. Please note You must be available Monday- Saturday between the hours of 8.00am-8.00pm as this is a rotating roster.
