Call Centre Consultant Australian Motoring Services location Melbourne.

Details immediate start. Ongoing casual role with the potential to move to permanent part time or full time. Initial training and induction (Monday- Friday 9-5pm for 2 weeks), ability to attend training is essential. Noble Park Location and possibly some work off site/remote.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional levels of customer service. Excellent time management and organisational skills. An ability to deal with a wide and varied range of customers. Acting as first point of contact for customers. Ability to self-manage and work within a close knit team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience excellent communication skills and a bright, positive nature. Impeccable data integrity and attention to detail. Navigate computer software quickly and accurately, completing multiple tasks under pressure. Consistently achieve results and follow established processes and procedures. Composed and calm in pressure situations, tolerating stress well. Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and conduct at all times. A team player who is supportive and considerate of others. Previous call centre experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
