Call Centre Consultant TechnAus location Melbourne.

Position details sales setter to call centre manager within 30 days after trial period. $40 per hour plus bonus on personal and team sales /install. After a 30-day trial period, a salary of $80,000 per annum plus super incentive.

Plus OTE $5000 per month in bonus - Achievable OTE 140 K. Work from our new office in Thomastown, also consideration is given to work from home or part time in the office and part home. Working from the office is preferred, however, consideration will be given for long distances. Interview ASAP and start ASAP.

You will require an energy even before your daily caffeine consumption that is infectious for the team to follow your leadership skills. Management experience or have previously worked as a 2IC and ready to step up the ability to lead by your success is the only credibility weight that affords you the authority to coach and lead by what you do and not what you say.

Preference is given to a person working in the solar space but open for experience from all industries. It is second nature for you to know how to produce highly qualified appointments ensuring unqualified appointments are not let out of the gate for phone sales consultants and on road consultants.

You will bring unique set of skills strategies + ideas that will assist us with increasing high retention of customers to turn up at the set time. Ideas to maximise ROI on high investment of our week to week Facebook leads. We will pay for the best who is at the top of the game.

You will also take ownership to map out sale runs across Australia, manage our Facebook suppliers, organise hotel bookings for salespeople runs and produce statistic reports week to week from the sales team and appointment setters.
