This is a phone-based role handling outbound calls. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers compare their plans with Australia's leading and  trusted comparison service for energy/Telco plans. In this role you are here to make calls and receive take calls. Basically, we have customers that need help connecting their service, and we need you to do it. There will be full training provided which - a mixture of ‘classroom’ and on the job training. You will also receive support from the leaders of the business who are there to get the best from you. Some successful applicants can work from home - You will be completing training from office.

What you need to know this role is Monday to Friday working between the hours of 8:00am – 8:00 pm. The role will start out as casual position paying $25-$30 per hour + commissions and can convert to a permanent position after the first 3 months. What we are looking for we are seeking candidates with call center or phone-based experience. Experience selling Energy or Telco Plans and products will be highly regarded. Sales experience - whether it's call center sales, retail, door to door or perhaps something else, we would like to hear from you.

Resilience. You do not take things personally. Dealing with upset customers is no biggie for you, like water off a duck’s back. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Someone able to adjust their style to suit the audience.
