Your role delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Answer customers' enquiries in all related matters make inbound and outbound calls. Navigating customers to online ordering. Manage back-orders with internal partners, escalating all delays where interaction is required. Building and fostering relationships. Managing client requests and queries.

What you need prior experience in a customer service related role. Fast and accurate data entry. High attention to detail. Be able to handle pressure well. Excellent communication skills. To be a team player, adapt quickly and have excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
