Call Centre Agent location City Hall / Clarke Quay, Central. Job Type Contract. Company Name Capita Pte Ltd.

Contract Duration 3 months contract. Extension will be subjected to business requirements and performance Working hours: 5 days work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)Based on roster. Weekdays Different shift timing (AM / PM). Weekends full shift 8.30am – 9.30pm (2 x 1hr break).

Nearest station Clarke Quay MRT, salary up to $2,500 per month with breakdown as follows basic salary $2,200, Incentive ($200 / $300) depending on the KPI achievement (Eg. Completion of 150 surveys in a month - $200, Completion of 180 surveys in a month - $300). Office-based / Work from home during CB, Call centre environment (Depends on deployment).

Job scope manage inbound calls to assist with enquiry. Conduct Outbound calls to complete survey via phone phone (there will be KPI to achieve). Staff will be given a list to reach out (Surveys are mandatory by the statutory board). Schedule interview appointments with respondents. Data entry for completed surveys. Status update report to supervisor. Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.  Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements must be able to commit on weekends (Sat and Sun) and AM/PM shifts. Must be able to commit at least 3 months. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
