Duties reporting to the team manager, the customer service officer is responsible to formulate resolution and respond in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer service to callers. Requirements min o level with some customer service, adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette, able to commit to a 3 rotating shifts work schedule / permanent night shift duties /office hours. Additional information east side, 3 shifts 8:30am to 5:30pm / 12pm to 9:30pm / 9pm to 9am, $basic + $shift allowances for afternoon and night shift, able to start work on short notice, 2 - 3 months training provided.
