Responsibility responsible for day-to-day production of cake / dessert to various outlets. Plan and conduct regular R&D of new products with Head of Production and team members. Ensure good cost control and minimizing of wastages. Any other ad-hoc duties as tasked by superior.
Requirement minimum 6 years experience in baking cake / dessert. Practise high standard of personal and food hygiene as according to SFA regulation. Must be able to work in a team. 6 days work / week and willing to work weekends and Public Holidays. Only Singaporean or PR need apply.
