Cafe Staff Source Cafe Westgate location Auckland. Salary $20 - $24.99 per hour.

We are on the hunt for a full-time front of house team member that will work towards the next management role in our team.

Duties include assist in the set up and maintenance of all café service areas and lead the team. Carry out and be super in the delivery of exceptional customer service and be an example for the rest of the team.

Actively assist in the operation of an effective reservations /booking system. Provide stand out service in welcoming of guests to the café. Ensure enquires made in person or over the phone are handled well and up to the Source standards. Assist in the serving of meals / drinks to guests and support the kitchen operations. Ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with process / policy / statutory and/or group Health and Safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations.

Manage all payment transactions in accordance with the financial polices and procedures and handle all transactions with diligence, honesty and integrity. Support colleagues at peak times and to undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required, to ensure customer expectations are met. Have a positive attitude and an ability to tackle problems head on, Basic computer skills. Able to work weekends with a flexible time table.
