Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to all customers.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and a range of beverages consistently.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar, café, and dining areas.
Ensure all equipment, especially coffee machines, is well-maintained and functional.
Adhere to all Deckhouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements

Proven experience in a café or hospitality environment, ideally as an all-rounder.
Demonstrated barista skills with a passion for coffee.
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is mandatory.
Availability for breakfast, lunch, and weekend shifts.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent personal presentation.
Reliability and punctuality are crucial, especially for early morning and weekend shifts.
