Job Title: Experienced Cafe All-Rounder, location: Elwood VIC 3184. Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual.

We’re looking for an experienced barista who can handle the hustle and bustle of a busy cafe while maintaining a focus on producing exceptional coffee every time. Key responsibilities prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks (including but not limited to lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, etc.) with precision and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring equipment is in top condition.

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and ensuring a positive experience. Take orders, process payments, and handle customer queries with professionalism and courtesy. Support other team members by assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and general cafe duties.

Keep track of inventory and alert management when supplies are running low. Ensure that coffee and beverages meet the high standards of taste, presentation, and quality that our customers expect. Work efficiently during peak hours, maintaining composure and attention to detail even during high-volume periods.

Qualifications barista experience in a fast-paced cafe environment (experience in specialty coffee is a plus). Proven ability to make high-quality coffee consistently and quickly. Excellent knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and espresso machines.

Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized in a busy environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
