About the role

As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software. You will work closely with Project Managers, Field Technicians, Design architects, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and meet project specifications. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of various projects, from initial concept to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and prepare detailed CAD drawings for various projects.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Technicians, Design architects to understand project requirements and specifications.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry cabling standards and regulations.

Review and modify designs based on feedback and project needs.

Maintain and update CAD files and documentation.

Work as part of a small CAD team to deliver CAD projects.

Required Skills

Prior experience with CAD or technical drawing

Understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge and experience of industry cabling standards and regulations.
