About this opportunity:

Our Drakes Glenmore store is currently looking for a motivated and trade qualified butcher, to join the meat team!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential)
Experience in a meat room in a retail business
High standards of personal hygiene
Commitment to work health and safety standards
Excellent customer service skills
Display a passion for fresh food within the grocery retail industry
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
Ability to problem solve
Communicate effectively with management, team members, customers and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills
