As a Business Systems Analyst at UnitingSA, you’ll be working across a range of enterprise platforms to support, enhance, and integrate business systems. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support, while also helping drive automation and smarter workflows.
In This Role, You’ll:
Support and maintain AlayaCare and Penelope systems, and coordinate with other systems including TechnologyOne, LeeCare, and Riskonnect
Contribute to significant internal projects, collaborating across portfolios and aligning system configuration with best practice
Manage upgrades, patching, and vendor coordination
Troubleshoot issues, improve configurations, and ensure system security
Create UAT plans, user guides, and training materials
Understand and analyse business processes and contribute to system improvements
Support change management and help teams adopt new tools
Deliver training and ongoing support to users across the organisation
Tech Stack & Tools you will be working with:
ERP & CRM: TechnologyOne, Penelope, AlayaCare
BI & Reporting: Tableau, AlayaCare DE, SQL
Project Tools: Riskonnect, Smartsheet, MS Project
Documentation: SharePoint, Ausmed LMS
Testing & UAT: Manual testing, test scripts, acceptance criteria
What You’ll Bring:
A tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
DHS Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (required)
Experience supporting enterprise systems and working with end users
Experience with AlayaCare, Penelope, and Aged Care / NDIS Services highly regarded
Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence in documentation, UAT, and training delivery
A data-driven mindset
Understanding of project and change management principles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
