About the role this is an exciting opportunity to provide effective administrative and office support services to the Operational Management & Partnerships division. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Executive Support Officer, key responsibilities of this role will include providing a range of administrative activities and office services that contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the agency to assist in achieving required goals.
Managing and processing business information in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required. Using relevant technology to prepare documents and presentations to support directors and team managers. Implementing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes and making recommendations to improve efficiency and better support the division in delivering services.
Managing the divisions filing systems in accordance with standards and guidelines, by creating, storing, retrieving and tracking files to ensure accuracy and security of information. Building and maintaining relationships with other business areas to effectively arrange and set-up for meetings and manage the flow of business information and activities. Providing support and assistance to other support teams as required, to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the team.
About you you'll bring energy and solid administrative and organisational skills to the team and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage self and adapt existing skills to new situations. The ability to provide customer-focused services in line with agency objectives. A foundational level of planning and coordination to achieve priority outcomes. A sound understanding of technology to maximise efficiencies for the teams you support.
An ability and willingness to travel within NSW and support other operational roles during disasters, emergencies and other events, consistent with skills, background and personal circumstances. Full vaccination for Covid 19, except where a medical contraindication certificate is provided. A talent pool may be created for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.
