Business Support Administrator Archway Recruitment location Wellington.

The opportunity due to internal promotions, this is an opportunity to join a well-known NZ based organisation and become part of a collaborative Corporate Services team who oversee the running of this well-oiled machine.

The role support with vehicle fleet administration including repairs, maintenance, insurance and infringements. Monitor shared inboxes and action enquiries from your internal teams. Act as the central point of contact for staff regarding changes to travel bookings. Manage traveller profiles, assists with taxi bookings, changes and cancellations.

Provide support around national contracts i.e. office supplies and insurance. Assist the accounts team with invoice coding and purchase order creation. Document and improve business processes, create new templates, forms and documents as needed. Maintain databases and systems. Provide reception cover in breaks and leave periods.

About you, your outgoing, positive and can-do attitude will be valued in this organisation. We can teach you the role and the processes, but ideally you will bring previous office based experience or a background in customer service with good relationship and communication skills.

You will be required to work autonomously while also being a great team player, have the ability to problem solve, communicate effectively and professionally as well as apply initiative across your tasks.
