Business Support Administrator Graham Consulting Auckland location Auckland. $60,000 – $65,000 per year.

Key responsibilities greeting all guests and making them feel welcome. Answering all inbound phone calls. Maintaining the premises, always ensuring a high standard of presentation. Ad hoc administration tasks. Ensuring meeting rooms are set-up. Catering organization for internal and external events, Data entry. Ensuring marketing/signage is up to date. Responding to email enquires.

You will have at least 2 years in a receptionist based role proficient in Microsoft Suite, Positive attitude, High level of personal presentation, Great attention to detail.
