As part of the Plumbing Services Team, you will be responsible for liaising with customers via telephone, email and face to face. You will aid in the creation of new plumbing applications from beginning to end and assist the residents of Logan City.

Position Responsibilities include ability to multitask, touch-type and provide great customer service, problem resolution and effective verbal communication. A collaborative, team first mindset. If the team works, the dream works.

Well structured, professional and timely written communication that is audience appropriate and grammatically correct. Proactive, customer focussed and a can-do attitude. Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism when privy to sensitive, private, privileged or confidential information. Highly desirable knowledge of the plumbing and drainage industry. Backflow trade knowledge.
