Business Services Manager - Transparent Partnership

This exceptional firm with a strong position in the local market are selecting an experienced Manager that displays strong technical and management skills, to be groomed to Partner within 3 years. The Partners are committed to mentoring you in to this role and readily available to flag ideas with and assist you as you get comfortable with your sizeable portfolio.

They are looking for their next leader, therefore the person who takes this role will have ideas and want to grow the firm. you will provide direct input on potential new directions and give the firm a fresh outlook. Obviously, this will include leading your team of 3 and further developing them. The culture is important here, both in house and in client relations, the attitude is "work hard when there is work to be done" meaning you wont have to do "Busy work" during slower times. Regular social catch ups, the option to work from home 2 days per month and staff parking is also on offer.

The Role
This portfolio not only has select clients, as it consists of a fee base of over $1.4M, but due to the size and complexity of the structures, involves many ongoing Advisory components. You can expect the everyday issues that come with tax planning and business structuring and also more in depth cash flow and forecasting advice, valuations for purchase/sale of business and estate and succession planning.

Clients include property trusts (listed and unlisted), finance groups and trading, private groups, to name a few, with a large majority of tunovers that are over $100M, with some up to $300M. Frontline liaison skills are a must as the client contact is immediate.
