The Role
You will join a team of skilled Business Partners supporting a portfolio of clients and providing strategic advice and guidance to support business planning and evidence-based decision making.
As a member of the People Business Partnering team you will:
Work closely with university leaders, supervisors, and staff across an allocated portfolio providing expert advice and guidance to support strategic business objectives.
Provide expert leadership to our people on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including complex and sensitive employee relations matters;
Provide proactive, strategic advice to support business planning and evidence-based decision-making;
Lead and guide the implementation of workforce planning, structural and cultural change and talent acquisition and management programs, projects and initiatives; and
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements and interpreting and applying industrial instruments, policies and procedures.
