Service NSW is going through an exciting time of change, having recently become a part of a newly created, Customer Service Cluster. Our agency is passionate about delivering first-class customer experience, at all our Service Centres across NSW.

About this role and the team we are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and manage the Service Delivery Operations channel in delivering timely, accurate and responsive customer focused outcomes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and promote improvements and support the implementation of large-scale projects across Service Delivery channels. You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team, which values collaboration and diversity of thought. We constantly look for ways to improve our approach and we are quick in evolving our way of working.

In this role, you will produce high quality documentation including briefing notes, process documentation, stakeholder briefing packs to assist with implementations of projects and/or support for other key operational activities. Provide advice to senior stakeholders including Director, Executive Director to facilitate the delivery of responsive and effective customer focused outcomes.

Provide expert analysis, advice and recommendations on a range of productivity and service trends and outcome measures to support informed decision making. Engage with various stakeholders and foster key working relationships to provide support to the implementation of large-scale projects and contribute to business outcomes. Develop, implement and evaluate strategies to enable continuous improvement and support the team’s ability to achieve and exceed service standards and performance indicators.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the ability to work across the channel, to understand and support a varied portfolio. Manage competing priorities and work to deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. Assist and support the executive on strategic changes and operational challenges.
