Business Development or Operations Assistant Modest Vintage Player location Auckland. Salary $45,000 - $49,999.

The ideal candidate is someone who is pro-active and willing to learn all aspects of the business quickly. You will have a passion for sports & lifestyle and share in the vision to help take this small start-up business to the next level. You will be working directly alongside MVP Founder & Creative Director with the intention of developing you into MVPs 2-I-C (second in control) over time.

Initially your day will consist of a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to Customer Service - We will require you to take ownership of our customer service email account, providing prompt world class customer service. Processing and packing orders, Printing Shipping Labels (through Shopify) and getting couriers ready for collection. Managing inventory & product stock-take. Assisting with Sales / Business Development. Any other tasks as required.

Key competencies willingness to learn and take responsibility for a wide range of tasks Good communication skills. An interest in Sports, Culture & Lifestyle. Ability to use initiative.

Attention to detail. Knowledge or experience in e-commerce / Shopify experience a bonus but not essential. Basic knowledge / experience in sales & marketing beneficial. Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (Auckland) & hold a valid New Zealand Drivers license. Remuneration: $45-50,000 p.a
