Business Development Managers location Sydney. Salary $150,000 - $200,00 OTE. Two Business Development Managers with Mortgage Finance & Financial Planning experience required. We’re looking for two sharp, hungry and experienced individuals with mortgage finance or financial planning backgrounds who have a desire to make great money. Our company has had double growth year on year for the past 4 years and we need to grow a strong team of ambitious sales hunters. About the role we’re sydney cdb based but you’ll be on the road working autonomously, reporting and working directly with the strategic alliance manager to achieve your goals you'll be given a pipe line of leads to contact as well as using your own contacts within the industry, this role is not for everyone but for the right person who loves dealing with people, has a huge appetite for learning, is self-motivated and competitive with hunger to make money. About the Company our organisation has multiple divisions including a Credit Management division in which one Development Manager will work directly with Mortgage Brokers to help restore and rebuild their client's credit file, the other Business Development Manager will work with Accountants, Financial Planners and Business Consultants in Protecting Property and Business assets for their clients. What you will need have excellent communication skills, be teachable – there will a lot of cutting edge sales training, be hungry – be driven with a desire to be well paid, self-driven and be self-responsible, enjoy the challenges that sales provide, have a desire to work in a fast-paced, hardworking team. What you will get base + super + incentives, genuine ote of $150k - $225k, uncapped commissions, a pool of leads to work with, sales training & ongoing sales coaching, family & life balance with no weekend work required.
