About the Role:

As our commercial division continues to grow, we're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager Specialising in Front of Wall to join our team and help drive the next phase of category growth and customer engagement.
As our Business Development Manager for Front of Wall, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across key customer segments by delivering expert advice, tailored solutions, and strategic support for supply of appliances, and all plumbing front of wall categories. You’ll work closely with our sales, trade, and merchandising teams to identify opportunities, deliver value-driven offers, and support our customers with the products and services they need to get the job done.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established brand while helping expand our footprint in the commercial space.
What’s involved:
Act as the subject matter expert for all Front of Wall category within the Commercial team
Work closely with Account Managers, Trade Specialists, and in-store Trade Teams to drive awareness and adoption of our commercial product offerings
Engage directly with key commercial customers, builders, facility managers, and contractors to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions
Identify gaps and growth opportunities in the market and support category expansion strategies in partnership with the merchandising team.
Train and support internal teams to enhance knowledge and confidence around the Front of Wall product range
Help strengthen Bunnings' position as a trusted commercial partner in sectors such as residential housing, multi residential and commercial buildings.
You’ll need:
Proven experience in the plumbing, building, or commercial trade sectors, with a focus on Front of Wall products (e.g. appliances, tapware, basins, fixtures, fittings)
Strategic thinking and planning, always looking at the market and all opportunities within.
Strong knowledge of commercial projects processes and B2B environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, that will open opportunities to present our offers.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence both internal teams and external customers
Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your region
