About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across key sectors including commercial cleaning, security, aged care, education, and hospitality. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development – Generate and pursue new leads through cold calling, meetings, and strategic outreach.
Deal Pipeline Management – Identify, assess, and progress deals from initiation to closure.
Client Relationship Management – Serve as the key liaison between clients and operational teams.
Sales Strategy & Execution – Oversee negotiations, proposals, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Client Success & Retention - Strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term engagement.
About You:

You are a high-performing sales and business development professional, experienced in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading strategic deal progression. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing proactive outreach with structured execution. Your expertise in building trust, influencing stakeholders, and negotiating deals makes you a valuable leader in achieving success.

Ideally, You Bring:

Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within solutions-based industries.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines effectively.
Strategic sales mindset, capable of identifying market opportunities and adjusting strategies for growth.
A results-driven approach, consistently exceeding targets and objectives.
Excellent communication skills, confident in presentations and client engagement.
Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret sales data and inform business strategies.
