About the Role
HCF, Australia's Largest Not-For-Profit Health Insurer, is seeking a highly motivated and pro-active Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team. The hybrid role will focus on identifying and converting a consistent flow of new business opportunities, generating revenue and new policy sales. As a Corporate BDM at HCF, you’ll lead strategic prospecting, manage your own pipeline, and deliver tailored health solutions, boosting acquisition and engagement—while championing HCF’s values and delivering measurable impact across the corporate portfolio
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic plan to target new corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within these organizations, particularly within HR departments.
Promote HCF's discounted health insurance offering to these organizations as a benefit for their employees.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to the wider team on opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
Proven track record in business development, 2-4 years minimum.
Experience working in the health insurance industry or related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within NSW and occasionally interstate
