Since 1986 Atlantis Corporation have introduced innovative products that created industry standards in the landscape and stormwater sectors worldwide. Atlantis is the inventor of the Atlantis drainage cell and flat pack modular tanks that are in use in over 50 countries.

We are looking for a self-driven Sales Executive working from our head office in Chatswood to join our thriving team. You will be responsible for selling our extensive product range and solutions by developing new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts who are both national and international. A balance of internal office and field sales work is required. The successful applicant will be expected to effectively manage their time accordingly to balance demand and the inherent requirements of the job.

The successful applicant will work together with our technical and logistic department and be responsible for maintaining and generating customer sales and providing leading technical solutions along with identifying opportunities for further growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their workflow to ensure the highest of customer satisfaction at all times.You are accountable for exceeding targets, proactive client management, forecast accuracy, driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful applicant must possess minimum 3 years sales experience with track record of success. Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly. Experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships. Fantastic relationship building skills. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills with a desire to succeed. Ability to identify client needs and solution sell. An enthusiasm for success. Strong desire to succeed professionally. Ability to manage a strong pipeline of opportunities. Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.

Ability to manage high end professional negotiations. Strong computer skills. A keen interest to build a strong and sustainable sales career. Reliability and consistency in sales and service delivery. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients. A genuine enjoyment of dealing with people. The ability to prepare and present powerpoint presentations. A Full Drivers Licence. Experience in Building & Construction an advantage but not a requirement.

Business development is achieved through commitment to learning about product specifications, benefits and features and using this knowledge to become a leader in this field. Ability to quickly understand and build strong working relationships with various trade professionals including – distributors, engineers, architects, civil contractors and builders, etc. Generating sales through various means including face to face meetings, over the phone, referrals, product presentations, cold and warm calling.
