Role reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role of the Business Development Manager is to seek new opportunities to grow sales and maximise GP, whilst managing an existing account base. This role requires a natural entrepreneur and relationship guru with drive and a sense of humour. You will regularly be rewarded for your initiative and innovation.

Duties actively seeking, winning & managing new business opportunities. Manage and grow sales whilst maximising GP across individual and shared accounts. Achieve and document agreed number of customer meetings. Take pride in your work delivering a high level of customer service. Maintain and update customer records using CRM, Navision and business templates.

Skills required Min of 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role, ideally within hospitality. Proven success in driving new business opportunities. Ability to manage multiple priorities at once as business grows. Strong internal & external stakeholder management skills.
