We have an extremely well run Property Management Department that provides excellent service to our clients and we are currently seeking an experienced BDM/ Team Leader who can help take our superstar leasing team to the next level. About the role responsible for new business and leading our leasing team, prospect for new landlords and create opportunities, m.a attendance, appointment setting and follow up, lease new and existing properties, support the leasing team, ensuring smooth day to day running of the leasing team, ensuring a fun and friendly team environment, hold weekly team meetings and flow ups. The ideal candidate for this position have a strong desire to succeed with 100% commitment, well presented and friendly confident personality, a team player with a no fuss, can do attitude- lead by example, strong communication and leadership skills, live locally with previous experience in bdm, ability to build strong rapport with clients. Essentials must be able to work saturday's, strong ethics and extremely reliable, strong management and organisational skills, at least 2-3 years of experience in bdm/leadership role, be highly motivated and target driven, certificate of registration or real estate licence.
