The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, expand client networks, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Track and report on sales performance, leads, and market trends.
Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
Attend networking events, conferences, and business meetings as required.
Support marketing initiatives to promote company services and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
