You will be responsible for managing existing business, as well as bringing on new business to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of service. Main responsibilities developing relationships with senior management at key clients with a focus on stakeholder management, acquiring new business, the retention of existing business and the expansion of existing client relationships, create and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve results both as an individual and across the sales team, reporting directly to the managing director you will be tasked primarily with growing the revenue of our existing and loyal portfolio, by offering targeted and tailored solutions. Key to this role is previous B2B Business Development experience and demonstrated history of exceeding targets. Suitable candidates will have experience in the following strong sales, business development and account management skills, excellent influencing skills and networking ability, negotiation and closing skills. Proven track record in selling career transition or similar consulting services management consulting services, organisation-wide leadership development or coaching programs or other human-capital services, positive ambitious personality with a sense of humour, opportunity to grow your career within an organisation who truly value their staff $60k - $80k + super (depending on experience) + commission.
