About the role our team at Guildea Residential in Balgowlah is expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager / Leasing Consultant with a view to offering them a pathway to a long term Real Estate Career. It is envisioned that you will be using this role as a platform for a fabulous sales career while earning a great income. The successful candidate will be a genuine people person and also hold a strong knowledge of the Manly area; this is a prerequisite to your success in the role.

About you proven successful background in real estate, sales, marketing or hospitality would be a terrific starting point for the role. However, we are happy to support and train the right candidate.

This role will require strong knowledge of the Manly area. A proven track record of success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional presentation. Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License. Current Driver’s License and operational/roadworthy motor vehicle.

Key responsibilities this role is primarily focused around prospecting and listing for new rental business. The role also includes prospecting for new managements. Ability to pick up the phone and speak to warm leads on a daily basis. Promoting our business. Marketing to our database and the local area about our services. Leasing of new and current rental properties.
