Business to Business Sales Phone Based Grasshopper location Sydney.

The company providing Waste & Recycling Environmental service. Family owned and operated for 40 years. Based in Arndell Park/Eastern Creek servicing Greater Sydney Region. Customer Service is our priority, our staff are valued, safety is paramount, and our equipment & vehicles are well maintained. We are a family owned company with a dynamic team environment and we're looking for a great team player to work with us as we move to the next level of growth.

The role outbound calling to pre-qualify and generate face to face sales appointments for our BDM's. Utilising our sales database along with other lead sources such as Cordell, Google etc. Day to day admin duties relating to lead generation EG task setting, updating lead notes and customer files.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing, cold calling and business to business sales. Resilient with the ability to push on through road blocks. Be a good relationship and repour builder with prospective leads. Have an understanding of sales processes and administration. CRM management is preferred. Have an excellent telephone manner. Have a strong work ethic. Have a high attention to detail.

Be extremely well organized. Work well in a team environment and also solo. Be able to assist with inbound lead management and have an understanding of appointment setting and telemarketing services. Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter who is able to work autonomously.
