This role is based in our Sydney Support Office (Sydney CBD) with hybrid working.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Support preparation of monthly and weekly reports, distributing insights that matter
✅ Assist with the monthly closing process, including reconciliations, summary tables and commentary

✅ Prepare and analyse PAX/PSR data to uncover trends and opportunities
✅ Deliver ad hoc analysis and respond to evolving business requests
✅ Manage data uploads of actual and forecast figures into the parent company’s reporting portal
✅ Produce performance reports — P&Ls, KPIs, Store Financials and Exception Reporting
✅ Maintain and update key databases and the store network file
✅ Collaborate with Operations on business performance and development reviews
✅ Provide technical support and actively promote Lagardère AWPL’s culture, values and Pacific Spirit
What We’re Looking For:
✅ An Accounting or Business-related degree
✅ Currently studying towards a CPA, CA or CIMA qualification
✅ At least 2 years’ experience in an Auditing or Business Analyst role
✅ Confident written and verbal communication — able to translate financial results for a non-financial audience
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel (VBA knowledge would be highly regarded)
✅ Highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
✅ Proven analytical skills with sound commercial acumen and attention to detail
✅ Exposure to TM1/Cognos, SAP and a Retail/FMCG environment would be an advantage
