What you will be doing reporting directly to Manager, Business Analysis, this role will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the business analysis team. Leading business analysis activities, including creating feature roadmaps, process modelling (UML/BPMN 2.0), wireframing (Balsamiq), and requirement elicitation
Managing the scrum team and acting as Scrum Master to ensure project delivery aligns with scope, schedule and quality. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to manage dependencies, influence outcomes and drive alignment on project scope, business requirements and future state.
What you will bring to the role skilled in modelling As Is and To Be processes (UML/BPMN 2.0) with expertise in business process re-engineering using Lean or Six Sigma frameworks. Demonstrated success in translating business requirements into feature roadmaps, user stories and user-friendly design using contemporary tools.
Strong leadership in Scrum ceremonies and demonstrated success as a Scrum Master (certification highly regarded). Significant local experience as a business analyst driving large scale and complex projects end to end. Experience in facilitating knowledge sharing and leading Communities of Practice.
